We are currently seeking applicants for the position of:

IT Service Desk Specialist

(with Polish and English)

Place of work: Warsaw, Poland

Job type: Full time, permanent

The opportunity

You will perform a variety of assignments associated with assisting traders and supporting all back-office employees with day-to-day IT related issues. You will also be responsible for creating a positive image of IT and cooperating closely with business groups in all Polish OSTC offices as well as across the OSTC Group.


  • Support traders and back-office employees with day-to-day IT related issues in the offices across OSTC Group.
  • Provide support for all office hardware and on all standard applications support.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets.
  • Perform typical support and IT administration duties such as physical setup of computers or video conferences, install software, reset passwords, map drives.
  • Ensure tickets are responded to within the agreed service levels, suitable priority and agreed standards.

Take it if you have:

  • 1-3 years previous IT Service Desk experience.
  • Very good English and Polish language skills (speaking & writing).
  • Ability to communicate and build rapport with internal clients at all levels across the organisation.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting and configuring Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications as well as IT hardware.
  • Ability to be proactive in delivering high quality customer service, work under pressure and also independently if required.
