Assistant Property Manager - Bromley

Role

Reporting to the Property Manager at Bromley North Properties Limited, this role will provide a wide and diverse range of support.  From liaising with tenants and vendors to invoicing and collating data. 

Salary: 22.000 - 25.000 GBP 

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, colleagues, and suppliers
  • Responsible for invoicing tenants, monitor payment and recording VAT.
  • Producing a statement of accounts for tenants as well as ad hoc reports.
  • Assisting with rental agreements, maintenance and supplier contracts.
  • Booking inspections and producing relevant reports.
  • Ensuring floor plans are kept up to date.
  • Organising repair quotes.
  • Ordering of office furniture and equipment.
  • On occasion, responsible for opening and closing of office.

Skills Requirement

  • Excellent level of Customer service
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently on projects and BAU demonstrating problem-solving initiative
  • Highly organised with proven administration experience.
  • Strong communication skills.

Desirable

  • 2 years' experience in commercial property management admin or lettings admin, services office or solid hospitality experience (assistant manager level) will also be considered.
