Location: Bromley

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Development this role will provide general legal support with day to day management of all corporate development legal documentation and due diligence.

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with commercial contracts, consulting agreements, and articles of association, M&A, shareholder agreements and various other legal documents.
  • Developing a library of templates to be customised for bespoke deals.
  • Extensive liaison with OSTC executives, solicitors and 3rd parties to negotiation

and refine all legal documents through to completion and sign off.

  • Preparing bible on completed transactions
  • Assisting with due diligence and the disclosure process on corporate transactions.
  • Conducting legal and non-legal research
  • Assisting in drafting/preparation of legal documents and proof reading
  • Analysing documents, reports and contracts

Skills Requirement

  • LPC qualified (Legal Practice Course)
  • 4-5 years’ work experience of corporate legal work preferably with the financial sector.
  • Proven capability to manage legal contracts with a high degree of issue-spotting capability and attention to detail.
  • Meticulous eye for detail with strong proofreading skills.
  • Strong business acumen being commercially risk aware.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
